 Kanthalloor is an amazing ,unexplored hidden paradise which is located in Devikulam Taluk , Idukki district Kerala and is known for its marvelous  lush green surroundings and pleasant climate  .Kanthalloor nestled in the western gats is specially known for its  vivid  range of   cultivation from coconut ,Palm, rice , sugarcane ,to  orange ,plums, subergelly, strawberry  ,apple etc  within a 15 kms radius .This is due to its unique  difference in the climate of this place. On account of this stunning scenic landscapes and wonderful  environment,  and cultivation of such a vide variety of fruits and vegetables , no wonder this place is an excellent  destination for a nature loving traveller. Paradoxically this beautiful Hill station has not so far been fully exploited so as abundant the potential of this to have a strategic position on the tourism map of kerala.
